Our private cruise on the Amelia River is a great addition to your romantic two-night stay.

Enjoy our private tour that takes you on an exploration of Amelia and Cumberland Islands. The region’s abundant bionetworks include tidal marshes, coastal waterways, estuaries, ocean shorelines, and upland hammocks which provide unique habitats to plant and animal communities found nowhere else in the world. Amelia Island is also part of the Great Florida Birding Trail, where over 470 species of rare and common birds can be found. Our private tour navigates this intimate barrier island located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway, providing picturesque views of pastoral marshes, moss-draped live oak trees, and the sun-drenched beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. On the water, we keep a lookout to spot dolphins, manatee, sea turtles, and if you’re lucky, a right whale during migration season.

The Williams House offers yoga on the front lawn of the inn. Our class incorporates flow sequences and short holds to improve balance, strength, and flexibility.

We link our movements with our breath to focus on ourselves and relieve stress. Poses will be modified for all levels in this series, and you will leave energized and centered.

A Moonlight Yoga class is offered at 6pm on Thursday evenings and Sunrise Yoga is offered at 7:30am on Saturday mornings. Guests, as well as local community members, are welcome to join the class. Community members should call 904-277-2328 for reservations. Guests staying at our inn can book directly on the website.

We offer yoga mats for your convenience, which are sanitized after each use.

Afternoon tea will be served at the Williams House the second Sunday and Tuesday of every month at 1:30 PM based upon availability.
Reservations must be made at least 1 week in advance by calling 904-277-2328.
Minimum of 4 guests and a maximum of 10 guests for the tea service.
Special occasion afternoon tea is off also available based upon availability.

The Williams House afternoon tea service will include the following :

Beverages:
A selection of our daily teas
Tea will be served with milk or lemon

Savories:
A daily selection of assorted savories.
Finger sandwich options may include coronation chicken, cucumber and dill, hummus and red pepper, egg and cress, open face bruschetta, ham and cheese

Afternoon tea always includes scones
A classic plain scone will always be served as well as other options. Some examples are; fennel and orange stone, cranberry and pecan, maple walnut
Scone will be served with clotted cream, lemon curd and raspberries preserves.

Sweets
Afternoon tea also always includes a selection of delectable treats.
Sweets may include petite chocolate mousse, macaroons, lemon bars, petite tarts, and cakes.

Afternoon tea will start promptly at 1:30 PM. It is an 1-1/2 hour event.

Horseback riding on the beach and a romantic beach picnic is a great addition to your two-night stay.

Enjoy a one hour relaxing guided day ride at Peters Point Beach. In a short time, you will find yourself on a beautiful beach along the shoreline of Amelia Island which offers stunning views from Peters Point Beachfront Park. When the ride is over, a gourmet 2 hour Luxe Boho picnic will be waiting for you on the beach.
