Book Online for our Bed and Breakfast on Fernandina Beach
Amelia Island Williams House is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. An advanced payment is required for all reservations based on the number of days of your stay.
One night reservations and stays of two days or more require a one night deposit. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $25 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
If you are using BedandBreakfast Gift Cards you must notify when making your reservation or we reserve the right to refuse to honor them. They may not be combined with additional discounts or used for special packages.
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
Special situations allow for children; please call to make arrangements.
*A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
