Our unique facilities at the Amelia Island Williams House are available year-round for special events, retreats and private parties for groups ranging in size from 6 up to 85.
The Williams House offers three event spaces to choose from.
The Williams House Courtyard-located outside
- This area will accommodate up to 85 guest for outdoor receptions
- Space may be expanded by tenting area adjacent to courtyard
The Dining Room
located in the Main House
- Private room which measures 14′ x 16′
- Will accommodate up to twelve seated guests
- May be used buffet style and accommodate up to 40
- Room has a fireplace
The Parlor
located in the Main House
- Private room which measures 14′ x 16′
- Furnished with comfortable seating for 10 to 15 guests
- Room has a fireplace
- Can be used to expand capacity of dining room

Overnight Lodging
Eleven elegant guest rooms complete with private baths, telephone, cable TV, DVD, radios, alarm clocks, individual heat & AC and wireless Internet access. Breakfast is included.
