Ross & Michelle reciting vows with Byron
Ross and Michelle came last week to get married at the Williams House and spend a few days exploring the area and honeymooning. Since it was a beautiful but hot day (95+) Byron performed the ceremony inside by the parlor fireplace. Ross and Michelle’s children came and it was a simple but enjoyable ceremony and family experience. Cameras and cellphones captured the moment and they went to celebrate a little later in the afternoon.

There are many beautiful “photo ops” at the Williams House and for professional photographers it is always a longer time frame than they imagine because of the variety of venues and colors available. We enjoy the front porch, stairs, dining room, parlor, rose garden. 600 yr old live oak, etc, etc. They all add to the elegance and charm, particularly when you consider how many weddings likely have been held here in the home’s 152 year history and 13 years as a Bed & Breakfast. Regardless of size we enjoy meeting the bride and groom, hearing their personal journey and story, and seeing families come together for such a special time.
